1. I'm reasonably flexible on check-in/ check-out times depending on additional bookings. 2. No smoking 3. No Parties - this can be discussed and there is a rooftop terrace available. *** Unauthorized guests: security and safety are a concern, therefore I do require a notice if friends are coming over. Welcome to a degree of course. 4. Noise Restriction: Quite from 10pm to 8am. There is a hard rule of quite times for the city of Rio and the apartment building. Plus I appreciate respecting my neighbors, they're very cute older ladies. 5. I love dogs and pets, but unfortunately don't host them. 6. Cleaning requirements, please clean up after yourself such as dishes, recycling, and putting trash down the chute. 7. Damage control: I greatly appreciate honesty and furnished the whole apartment with a lot of effort. With that said, if something goes array, everything was done in mind of having friends and people staying with me. Just let me know, if not it will be a bigger issue. 8. Electricity is expensive here, please turn off AC and lights if you're not in the room.
