Validation of your reservation implies your commitment to respect all the rules set out below. ⏳ RENTAL PERIOD : The accommodation is rented to you for a period determined at the time of your booking, as indicated in your booking confirmation. At the end of this period, you will not be entitled to any right of retention. 🕒 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: → Arrival time: between 4pm and 8pm: free of charge. → Late arrival time between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: additional €20 charge. → Time of arrival after 11:00 pm: additional charge of €40 → Departure time: before 10:00 am. In order to welcome you in the best conditions, please inform us in advance of your arrival and departure time. If you wish to change these times, please inform us in advance, subject to availability. 💶 TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax is not included in the nightly rate. It must be paid separately. 🏠 USE OF PREMISES: All furniture and equipment is provided for your use. Do not move the furniture inside or outside the accommodation. We ask you to use them appropriately and to maintain them in good condition. Water, electricity and heating/air-conditioning are included in the rental price. For the sake of the environment, please : → Turn off the lights when you leave a room, → Do not leave the water running unnecessarily, → Close doors and windows if you use heating or air conditioning. ⚠ ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS: → Don't flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. → Make sure you lock the doors when you leave. You are responsible for any theft or damage if you fail to comply with this rule. 🛏 EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: The accommodation is equipped with everything you need for your comfort, including full bedding (box spring, mattress, comforter, pillows and blankets) and household linen (sheets, towels and tea towels). Please take good care of this equipment and take care not to stain or damage it. In the event of damage, additional charges may apply. 🔇 SAFETY AND GOOD MANNERS INSTRUCTIONS: We ask you to respect the tranquility of the premises as well as that of the neighborhood. Noise levels must remain moderate both inside and outside the property. Any inappropriate or harmful behavior (noise, parties, etc.) may result in immediate exclusion without reimbursement. Quiet hours: It is strictly forbidden to make noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. 🚭 SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is permitted on the terrace, provided that butts are not thrown over and an ashtray is used.
