Cozy, totally private basement apartment with natural light. Private, separate entrance. Full working kitchen, excluding dishwasher. 1 double bed in bedroom, and a separate office space. Perfect for remote work. The living room hide a bed couch makes into a 2nd bed. The unit can sleep 4 people. Washer/dryer in unit. Pet friendly with a fully fenced, secure yard. Beautifully remodeled bathroom. Very central location. 10 minutes to downtown Denver, with many activities and close to gay venues. There is a standard stair case to the basement apartment. Smoker friendly for outside smoking. Patio barbeque and a garage space is included. All linens provided as well as basic paper goods. Keypad entry.

Property Rules

Smoking, anything, is available on the patio only. I provide an ashtray. I also provide a container and poop scooper for your use to take care of your pets use of the backyard. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. I ask guests to take out the trash upon checking out. Leave the apartment as close to how you found it as possible. I don't expect you to clean.
