Hosting up to 5 guests, it combines the atmosphere of an original Athens residence with a calm contemporary style, surrounded by paintings, sculptures, and ceramics. Just 180m from the metro with direct airport access, and close to nightlife, galleries, and historic Athens.
This apartment is designed as a lived-in space rather than a typical rental-bright, open, and full of character. Set within a preserved 1960s Athenian building, it maintains elements of the original architecture, offering an authentic sense of the city. Inside, a collection of contemporary artworks-paintings, sculptures, and ceramics- creates a subtle gallery-like atmosphere while
still feeling warm and comfortable. Natural light flows through the space from two balconies on opposite sides, both with open street views, bringing the energy of the neighborhood inside. The building's entrance itself is marked by a distinctive artistic door, setting the tone from the very first moment. The layout offers flexibility and privacy.
