• Each unit is assigned one parking space located at the 70 Dean Street parking lot. If you have not done so already, please send us your vehicle’s license plate number, make, and model so we can register your vehicle.
• Unauthorized vehicles parked on the street may be ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense. If you require additional parking passes, please contact us for availability and pricing. Rates vary seasonally, but additional parking is typically around $20 per night.

Entry to all condos is located on the left side of the building through the Yellow Door.
Please note: this entry area is also a service area for neighboring restaurants.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
- The washers and dryers can be loud during operation, so please do not run laundry during quiet hours.
No Parties or Events
• Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- Failure to abide by these rules will automatically result in a $2,500 fee and may result in removal from the property, including police assistance if necessary.
Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit and building, including vaping.
- A $550 cleaning fee will be applied for any smoking or vaping.
Pets & Wildlife
Please keep doors and windows closed when possible.
- As with many busy city areas, occasional wildlife activity (including rodents) may occur outdoors.
