Please note before booking: this condo has NO dedicated parking. Street parking and paid garages are nearby — the guidebook section below lists the best options with prices, and most guests find the Metro (14-minute walk) easier than a car.

Clothing-optional, naturist-friendly condo. The host is a naturist himself, and the home is entirely yours during your stay — the host does not live on-site. Naturism here means comfort and relaxation, nothing more.

AMENITIES — 55" Sony Bravia Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube signed in; log into your own streaming services too (Prime Video, Peacock, Apple TV+, and others). Alexa-controlled lighting, Bluetooth Echo Dot speaker, high-speed Verizon Fios WiFi, central heat and A/C, iron and board, hair dryer, fresh towels and linens.

KITCHEN — Equipped for coffee, snacks, and light meal prep: microwave, Keurig, electric kettle, full-size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher. Please note: no cooking for short stays — the stovetop and oven open only for stays of 14+ nights.

Laundry: the in-unit washer/dryer is included free for stays of 28+ nights. For shorter stays it's available on request — $25 per stay for stays under 14 nights, $15 per stay for stays of 14–27 nights — just message before arrival and we'll have it ready.

CHECK-IN — From 4 PM (early check-in sometimes possible on request); checkout 11 AM; quiet hours 9 PM–8 AM.
