This gay owned/operated circa 1887 Queen Anne Victorian house just opened in the historic downtown area of Easton, MD in 2017 and has become one of the most sought after B&B's in the eastern shore area.
The Cambridge Room is located on the 2nd floor in the front of the house and is one of two rooms that has a private sitting room in the turret and a working gas fireplace (seasonal). This is a beautiful space where one can sit and read, relax, watch TV and be surrounded by windows overlooking the historic Aurora St or sit in front of the fire on a cool fall or winter day with a good book or someone special.
The pillow-top queen sized bed has an overstuffed down comforter and pillows, and the room comes equipped with central air-conditioning/heating, a ceiling fan and a built in HEPA air filtration system.
The bathroom has a large "shower room" with a high-pressure massaging rainfall shower head. There is also a pedestal sink and a heated towel rack. We provide environmentally conscious bath products and a personal hair dryer for your use.
Guests are provided with an award winning 3-course gourmet breakfast daily with your choice of entrée featuring selections such as Crème Brulé French Toast, Bacon Wrapped Egg Soufflés or perhaps you want to try one of our international selections like a delicious flavorful Israeli Shakshuka!
Looking to just relax? There are plenty of options at Hummingbird Inn from the our private Guest Bar (The Charm Bar) with a cozy fireplace, a hand curated wine selection and full bar, to our 1000 sq ft wrap around Victorian Porch. Or perhaps you would enjoy the beautiful tranquility of our private Victorian Garden. For the ultimate in relaxation, ask about a private in-house massage session!

Easton has many local attractions including boutique shopping, galleries, museums, restaurants, walking/biking trails, boating and fishing excursions, theater and a variety of festivals throughout the year celebrating art, music and culture including Plein Air, Hot Air Balloon & Wine, Jazz Festival and the very popular Waterfowl Festival.
There are several neighboring towns such as St. Michael's and Oxford. These quaint little town are also a must to visit for shopping, antiquing, amazing dining options, boating, museums, etc.
Feel like a little beach time? There are public beaches available in Oxford only 20min away. If you're up for an ocean experience, you can do day trips to Rehoboth - a well known gay beach (90min) and Ocean City (90min).

Hummingbird Inn is a "Dog Friendly" Inn. We welcome all well-behaved dogs (additional $25/dog/night fee) and provide an outdoor grassy play area on property as well as dog sitting ($15/hr) for when you want to go out at night and not leave your dog alone or cut your evening short.
There is no smoking permitted within the Inn or on the porch.
All rooms are double-occupancy rate. Additional overnight guests permitted (additional charge applied).
