The Tilghman Island Room is located on the 3nd floor and one of the largest rooms on the property. This is the room to book if you really want to feel like you're away from it all as it provides the ultimate in peach and quiet.

The room has a queen sized bed and there are two day-beds available in the room for making it suitable to sleep up to 4 people comfortably. (NOTE: The rate for this room is based on double-occupancy. If you want to book for more than 2, there is an additional charge of $55/guest/night.)

This is the second room with separate sitting area in the turret. Being at the top of the house, the room is filled with all sorts of uniquely angled ceilings almost making it feel like the room is divided up into individual spaces.

Guests will also enjoy an extra large bathroom complete with a separate "shower room", a clawfoot soaking tub and a pedestal sink. There's also a heated towel rack and an antique makeup vanity. We provide environmentally conscious bath products and a personal hair dryer for your use.

The room comes equipped with central air-conditioning/heating, a ceiling fan and a built in HEPA air filtration system.

Guests are provided with an award winning 3-course gourmet breakfast daily with your choice of entrée featuring selections such as Crème Brulé French Toast, Bacon Wrapped Egg Soufflés or perhaps you want to try one of our international selections like a delicious flavorful Israeli Shakshuka!

There are plenty of options at Hummingbird Inn from the our private Guest Bar (The Charm Bar) with a cozy fireplace, a hand curated wine selection and full bar, to our 1000 sq ft wrap around Victorian Porch.
