Complete attic studio (lockable) in a terraced house with shared staircase. Comfortably furnished and own bathroom with bathtub and a small kitchen. Everything for sole use. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, kettle and waste garbage can. Crockery and glasses are provided. There is also space for a small table and two chairs in the cozy kitchen.

The studio has a bed (approx. 1.40 x 2.00 m), a 3-seater couch, a coffee table and a clothes rail.

The studio is located not far from the Olympia shopping center (about 3-5 minutes). More information can be found on the homepage of the shopping center. Public transportation is right outside the front door or within walking distance. The Olympiapark with its Olympic Tower as a landmark can be explored on foot or take U3 for 2 stops. In only 12 minutes you are in the center or at the Oktoberfest. The U3 line takes you directly to the Goetheplatz and Poccistraße subway stops, via which you can reach the Oktoberfest grounds.

We very much appreciated Steffen checking us in quickly and efficiently after midnight. He had given us very detailed arrival descriptions for the use of common transportation which we very much appreciated. The studio is in the attic of Steffen's home and did get very warm on the very hot days we were there. The studio is self sustaining with your own bathroom and kitchenette, a couch and a comfortable double bed. There are several windows so it is nice and light. The walk to the U Bahn is short so you are well connected to anywhere you want to go. You are only 3 stops from the 1972 Olympic Village and the fantastic BMW WELT which is a must see. The bathroom is quite small and you cannot stand in the shower. Further, we could not find any rubbish bin neither in the bathroom nor in the kitchen. Our hosts were absent most of the time but were very friendly and welcoming when we had contact with them. We had a very nice stay. Thank you, Steffen.
