We invite you to our newly renovated 150sqm luxurious home, where you will enjoy a private queen size double bed (140 x 200) guestroom and your own private bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Please note that the bedroom has a sliding door with no door lock (but your private bathroom has!). As our guests please feel like home in our spacious living room, well-equipped and modern kitchen with large dining and seating area. Our penthouse is located on the 5th floor with elevator, and you will have direct access to our amazing 50 sqm private rooftop terrace with city views where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the sun. We will assist you with washer and dryer from our en-suite master bathroom, if needed.
Oslo is a gay-friendly and safe city, so is the residential area where our apartment is located. With the neighborhood of St.Hanshaugen as base during your stay, you can easily with short distances get around and explore every corner of Oslo and what this city has to offer.
If you arrive from Oslo Gardermoen Airport with the airport express train, and you don’t take the easy way out and grab a cab, the bus stops just outside our apartment after an few minutes bus ride from Oslo Central Station.

The apartment is centrally located in a quiet but still urban area (St.Hanshaugen) with local bars, cafes, grocery stores and small specialty shops with delicacy and desserts. Just on the doorstep of the park and green areas of St.Hanshaugen, with an outdoor seating bar/cafe. 10-15 minute walk to "everything", downtown city center and harbor area, gay bars and cafes, uptown shopping street of Bogstadveien, the river Akerselva with parklands and walking trails, and the Grünerløkka district where you can discover numerous little cafés, restaurants and bars and known for original design shops and vintage / second-hand stores. From city center, you can hop on the subway to get up the hill to Holmenkollen Ski Jump, enjoy a boat sightseeing to see Oslo from the water, or take a ferry out to one of the islands to enjoy a warm summer day.
You don't even need to walk at all if you don't feel like it, buss no. 37 and 21 runs every 5 minutes from just outside the apartment, and brings you to city center and the harbor area of Aker Brygge and Tjuvholmen in just a few minutes.

As this is our beloved home and not a commercial rental, we expect respectful and careful treatment of the apartment, its interior and our neighbors.
As the apartment is in a residential building, some decency and common courtesy are the keywords.
A few rules to follow:
- Our neighbors do not work for us! They don't possess the detailed arrival information sent to you, please don't ask them to let you into the building nor for help on how to access the apartment.
- NO smoking inside. Smoking on the rooftop terrace is fine.
- Be respectful in terms of noise & music in the apartment & rooftop terrace. No loud music after 23 / 11 pm.
- NO pets (as we have three Burmese cats ourselves).
- NO shoes inside or rolling of your suitcases on our brand new, beautiful wooden floors.
- NO parties allowed, guests not belonging to your rental party are not allowed access unless pre-approved by us.
- Key not returned upon check-out: NOK 1.000,-
- Enjoy and relax – feel like home!
