Remodeled and updated 2 bed/2bath beachfront condo with deck. You’ll enjoy amazing views, very fine location, and easy access to fine dining and entertainment. Condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ice maker, quartz countertops, WiFi, hi defination tv’s with cable/satellite. Linens and towels are provided. There is a work desk, beach accessories including chairs, towels, and umbrellas, central air conditioning, and an in unit washer and dryer. Both baths have showers. There is WIFI high speed internet and secured parking. The southern ocean views and intercoastal waterway views are amazing. Enjoy!

Tenant will be reqired to have an application submitted to HOA. $100 application fee for the HOA security clearance. No one with felony convictions will be permitted to rent. Building is secure with 24 hour front desk security.
