Spacious, air-conditioned room measuring 16 m2. Located in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, ideally situated just a 3-minute walk from Nice’s main thoroughfare, Avenue J. Médecin—where Tram Line 1 runs—and 6 minutes from the SNCF train station, as well as an 18-minute walk from the sea, this 16 m2 room is located in a fully renovated 4-room apartment in Nice’s Rue Lépante neighborhood, on the 2nd floor of a small, very quiet building without an elevator (built in 1900). Fully equipped (Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, etc.).

Bedding, towels, and kitchen linens provided. Beach kit. Coffee, tea, basic breakfast items, and cooking supplies.

Located on the second floor of a typical late 19th-century Nice building without an elevator. The apartment has been completely renovated recently. Everything is new. It faces south. The windows are equipped with thermophonic double-glazed windows and shutters. Sheer and blackout curtains. A full-size single bed (90 cm) and/or a queen-size bed (180 cm) for 2–3 people, with a slatted bed frame and a brand-new, very firm foam mattress. A wardrobe with shelves and drawers. A workspace with a built-in desk, fiber-optic Ethernet port, and office chair. Coffee table and ottomans. Shelves. Full-length mirror. Chair.

You’ll have access to a spacious entryway leading to the various bedrooms as well as the kitchen, which is shared with the other guests. It is fully equipped (everything is brand new). Induction cooktop and pyrolytic oven, range hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave with grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, etc.

You’ll share a contemporary-style bathroom with just one other guest room. It features a 150-cm-long shower stall with a rain showerhead, a tiled sink with a mirror and built-in shelves, and a large towel warmer.
