THE VERY BEST EXTRA : THE TERRACE !! Very quiet.
4th and last floor : view on the roofs
No lift (typical building of 1840).
Small kitchen furnished in commun (hotplate, dish washer, micro wave, coffee machine, toaster, etc.).
The bedroom is opened on a terrace of 6m2 very quiet, where you can take your meals cofortably. Bed in 140 cm with latex matress.
West side.
Washing machine available in the bathroom
Separated WC
Wireless.

If I am not busy, I can invite you for the breakfest or for a drink on my own terrace on the same floor.
