Small kitchen furnished in commun (hotplate, dish washer, micro wave, coffee machine, toaster, etc.). The bedroom is opened on a terrace of 6m2 very quiet, where you can take your meals cofortably. Bed in 140 cm with latex matress. West side. Washing machine available in the bathroom Separated WC Wireless. I will be your best guide to show you the best gay places : nudist beaches, bars, events and gay restaurants ! If I am not busy, I can invite you for the breakfest or for a drink on my own terrace on the same floor.

Nice little spot, it was a really quiet which was perfect for me as I was working remotely from Nice. It's pretty central, about 20/30 mins to the beach max. Alexis was a great host with useful tips for places to visit

Christian is an excellent host. He provided me with everything. He showed me places in the area and he is very good in history of Nice. He is kind and very helpful and easy to communicate with. Nothing seem to be a problem for him. I can highly recommend him.

My stay at Alexis place was great. The location of the place is good. The room is clean and in a good state. There is also a shared kitchen with basic stuf you can use. Alexis is a friendly and helpfull guy. Reliable and communicative, he provided me with all the information I needed. I would recommend this place.

I had an incredible stay in Nice! The host was just such a hospitable guy and showed me many great beaches and kind enough to drove me around to show what Nice could offer! The place was small but very clean and it has all you need to stay even for a long term. The highlight of the place was the balcony, you can just sit there and have a drink for hours. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
