The property is just 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach and Downtown Las Olas entertainment district.

Upon your arrival, you'll be greeted by Michael (the owner) who lives on property in a separate studio with a separate entrance. He will give you a brief tour of this unique property, and leave you to enjoy it all to yourselves.

House Rules 1. No pets allowed. 2. No Children Under 12 including infants. 3. No BBQ at this property. 4. No Parties or gatherings allowed. 5. Owner requires a photo of ID be sent *prior* to check-in for every guest staying at the property. 6. Designated smoking area. Absolutely no smoking inside the house including vaping.

The rules are to maintain the safe and peaceful integrity of the property; please respect them. There should be no smoking inside the house. The only designated outdoor smoking area is on the patio outside the kitchen. No smoking in or near the Garden! (fire hazard!)

This space is truly unique in that it has all original art by the owner. It's filled with great energy, and sits in the middle of a very lush landscape. The living room is large with panoramic views and bathed in natural light. The two bedrooms are large, and there's an effectively designed kitchen in which to cook a good meal.

The pool is incredible as it mingles with the landscape giving you an incredible tropical experience. ***The property is not shared with anyone. It is bordered on the north by the North Fork of the Middle River and the city of Oakland Park; to the south, the boundaries include the South Fork of the Middle River and the city of Fort Lauderdale; the eastern terminus of the city limits extend to near Federal Highway (US 1); and the westernmost boundary reaches Interstate 95.

Over the past few years, Wilton Manors has had a successful economic revitalization. Real estate values have followed an upward trend, as have rent for both commercial and residential properties. Wilton Drive, the city’s Arts and Entertainment District, features an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, making Wilton Manors a walk-able and sought after community.

Wilton Manors is home to several recreational facilities, including Colohatchee Nature Park, a 9.3 acres recreational facility complete with a boardwalk for nature observation, a dog park, and a boat ramp for watercraft entry. You may walk to most areas within Wilton Manors, and Wilton Drive, where most of the bars and restaurants are, but you'll definitely want a vehicle to venture out to the beach or downtown Fort Lauderdale. Uber and Lyft are also popular transportation options here. The 5th and 6th guest can sleep on the sleeper sofa. TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you’ll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you’ll be able to stream to the TV. You’ll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don’t provide streaming app accounts. DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. IF YOU DO, YOU'LL BE FINED $1500 FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUES. No parties or gatherings greater than 15 people. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside. No loud music after 9PM. No Children Under 12 including infants
