Fabulous, Modern Bungalow 5 Min from Wilton Manors

*****Spectacular new backyard added with huge deck, pergola and Cowboy pool!***** This truly unique and large bungalow was rescued from years of abandonment. The restoration was completed a few years ago. It's a contemporary space, with a very complete and comfortable kitchen, two generously sized bedrooms, and the coolest family/dining room with concrete floors. It has one king size bed in the master, and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. It also has two full-size sofa beds, which can easily accommodate a total of 6 people. The home has a really great energy to it, you'll feel it the moment you open the front door. Best thing is that you're literally 5 minutes from Wilton Manors and all it's very cool restaurants and bars. We have our list of favorites we'd be happy to suggest. In addition we offer other services like in-house massages, private chefs and boat/yacht rentals just in case you're interested.

The TV in the living room has cable TV, and there's high-speed internet and SONOS speakers in the home. TVs in the bedroom is a Smart TV. Pool coming in this Summer! The home is completely private, so guests have access to all of the home and its amenities. South Middle River, which is the neighborhood where the house is located, is an area my partner and I have been working on for the last 8 years. We’ve renovated 10 homes or so during that time (including the one you’re renting), and we’ve seen the area come through its transitional phase beautifully. In fact, we’ll build two brand-new homes in the area this coming year.

Today, it’s a thriving neighborhood with many young couples and single professionals moving in. It’s incredibly close to all the great things Fort Lauderdale has to offer. You’ll also see people walking their dogs at all hours in the day.

When you arrive, you will see some homes which haven’t been renovated yet, and some that are in the process. The neighbors are friendly, and it’s a safe place. We’ve had many many single people, couples with and without children stay at the house, and have a wonderful time. We’ve even had weddings in the back yard :-). Also, my partner and I live about 5 minutes away, so we’ll be close by if you need anything. While Fort Lauderdale's transportation system is maturing, it's still not a walkable city. You should rent a car, or use Uber to get around. Pack n Play and high chair are available upon request Some pets allowed - There is a $250 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $350 for two or more pets. DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. If you use wipes, you'll be fined $1500 for any plumbing repairs. No parties or gatherings greater than 15 people. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside. No loud music after 9PM.
