The inside of this unit was clean, comfortable, and everything worked. The space is a great size for two, and the shower had plenty of hot water. It's a peaceful, well-kept little home base, and I'd happily recommend giving it a chance. One heads-up: the front patio and courtyard need some tender loving care. During my stay there was a lot of clutter that looked like trash, and the area had a strong, unpleasant smell. It was limited to the outdoor space and never affected the interior, but I hope the host can tidy it up, since it's the first thing guests see. A few extras would make this a standout: a smart TV, faster WiFi, and a simpler self-check-in. None of these were dealbreakers for me. If you want a comfortable and affordable place to rest, this is worth a look. With a little love for the entry area, it could easily be a five-star stay!

Thank you Alfonso for your thoughtful feedback. It was highly appreciated. As you mentioned, inside the apartment is lovely, however, it's not easy sometimes to deal with old neighbour to improve the common yard! We will keep improving 😉.
