As an ******** Host, my goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I want you and your family to create lasting memories during your stay in our flat. But to do that, I would really appreciate it if you would follow the house rules below. I know, I know, rules are boring... But these rules allow us to provide future guests with a great experience. Kitchen: We have provided you with capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine. We provide all kitchen utensils if you wish to cook. My only request is that you wash all the dishes and utensils before you leave. The dishwasher is available for this purpose. Stay: A contribution of 20 € will be paid on arrival for the use of the extra bed in the stay (sheets + towels). Washing machine: A washing machine is at your disposal, with washing powder which was given to you in the welcome kit. No smoking inside: Smokers are welcome but smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. An ashtray is available on the terrace. Please do not throw your cigarette butts at the neighbours. Noise and noise pollution: As the neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down after 9pm if possible. *** NO PARTIES OR EVENTS *** Additional guests: It is not allowed to invite outsiders to our accommodation. Garage: The garage is located on the R-2 level of the residence. Please lock the garage door after each use to ensure the safety of our personal belongings! Pets: Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our flat. I am an animal lover myself and I love pets, especially cats. But unfortunately, some guests are allergic to pet hair and this can have disastrous consequences. So I made the decision not to accept pets in my ********. I hope you can understand. Trash/Recycled: My only request is that you take down the garbage/recyclables before you leave. For this purpose, there is a room outside the residence (the door just after the exit gate). The room can be opened with the flat key. Security of the flat : Please make sure to close all windows and lock the front door every time you leave the flat. Check-out time: You vacate the apartment by 11am on the day of departure to allow the cleaner to come and clean the flat at 12 noon. Thank you very much for your understanding and enjoy your stay!
