Host recommendations

NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CONDO OR THE BALCONY AT ANY TIMES. NO PETS ALLOWED. No small children. Thank you. Please be sure to follow all building rules at all times. The building take respecting the rules very seriously. You are allowed to have guests to the condo with a max of 4 total people in the condo at a time, but they may not stay past 11pm. You are also only allowed 2 guests to the rooftop at a time. Overnight guests must be pre-registered with the property manager and the owner so we can inform the building. Violations to the building rules will result in a $500 USD fine from the building. You will be responsible for paying this fine. Check in is from 3-8 PM. Check ins after 8 PM will require a $700 Peso ($40 USD) fee paid directly to the concierge checking you in, for their over time work after hours.
