Apartment for 2 people, close to all shops, St Roch train station and town center, near tramway and bus to beaches. All the comforts of a house with private outdoor space, equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom with storage... In the city but with a country feel because it's quiet, with a garden and vegetable patch... We live on site, for the respect and well-being of all, we remain available and discreet.
Our aim is to provide you with a cosy, functional and independent home that gives you total freedom. The decor is evolving, and we're keen to give a second life to old objects, especially those from our families and our daily lives.
The terrace is private and we can lend you an electric barbecue for a summer meal 🙂
