The apartment is located in the 22nd area of Vienna, which is called “Danube City”. The metro U1 across the Blue Danube connects my place very well with the old town(15min), Vienna Central Station/Hbf(20min), Prater/Giant Ferris Wheel, where is the transfer station of the airport line S7(10min), and the United Nations Vienna(5min).

The room has a Double-Queen-Size bed with a double mattress and a double quilt. The room has simple settings, a storage rack, a coat hanger, a dresser desk, and a large mirror, and it's equipped with private towels and all bedding. The bathroom and WC are separated and shared, basic toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are available for guests.

The cheapest supermarket “Lidl” for a 1-minute walk, and many authentic local restaurants, daily necessities supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies, flower shops, post offices, a large cinema, and a big shopping mall “Donauzentrum” nearby.

~Entrance:
Before you enter the apartment, your shoes will be left on the doorsill. Shoes are not allowed in the apartment, including the house slippers, but you can wear your socks. The range of applications also includes bathrooms and toilets. The apartment is equipped with centrally regulated underfloor heating, so in winter you don't have to worry about the temperature of the floors. And the floor is cleaned and disinfected daily by robots.

~We do not provide a kitchen and sitting room.

~Bathroom and Toilet:
Please keep them as clean as they were found! After the shower dry off your body in the bathtub to prevent splashing on the floor. Don’t forget to pick up your hair and put it in the trash can. Just try not to interfere with the next guest's use.
The bathroom and the toilet will be cleaned and disinfected starting around 10:00 every morning (guests who have not checked out should try to use it before this time), and replace hand towels and necessary garbage bags. They will be also cleaned and disinfected separately every night after we have finished using them, so please try to finish the shower by 11 pm!!!

~Special about the toilet:
Whether ladies or gentlemen, please pee sitting down! And close the toilet lid to flush.

~pssss/shhhh time: from 10 pm to 8 am.
In order to have a regular schedule and let you have an effective and perfect trip in Vienna or your next plan, so do not stay up too late, preferably not later than midnight (00:00).

~Pets, party events, smoking (including vaping and all devices containing smoke and vapor), commercial photography and videography are prohibited.
