Hello, my name is Marco. I've recently discovered the pleasure of traveling alone and I love it. The apartment has a unique identity and style, it's bright, with parquet floors and fireplaces that add to its cachet, and it's perfect for couples or solo travelers. (Close to all amenities) You'll immediately feel at ease in this room I'm offering you, it's spacious and bright (with large windows), quiet on the courtyard, wooden floors, fireplace, high ceilings, very comfortable double bed for two adults (140x190) (blankets, comforter and pillows available), you'll also have a drawer in the chest of drawers to store your things and space in the closet, a TV, WIFI and a workspace. A bathroom with bathtub (washing machine, sheets and towels provided. (Iron and ironing board also available), separate toilet, kitchen (hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery), coffee/tea corner. Common areas are shared. Excellent transport links (line 4 is at the foot of the apartment and line 12 is a 10-minute walk away). For flea market enthusiasts, the famous St Ouen flea market is a 15-minute walk away.) What's more, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby to satisfy your every whim. I'm open-minded, curious, friendly and very respectful of other people's privacy. I like music, art, walks, flea markets, exhibitions and museums. Above all, I like people to feel at home when they come to stay with me, so we're bound to bump into each other. If you prefer to relax in your room, no problem. I was asked to check out at 8 AM in the morning and that was very inconvenient for me. I asked to leave the luggage in the apartment until my train time in the afternoon, but that wasn't an option either. Before making a reservation, I would recommend you check with the host about the check-in and check-out times so you know what to expect. It kind of ruined my last day in Paris.

I wish to thank Marco infinitely for his hospitality. These were wonderful days of rest and relaxation and without this, it would not have been possible. His space offers the right place to be in Paris. A few meters from the Metro which serves all lines, your apartment benefits from a privileged location. Clean, well-organized, communicative, with clear instructions and everything is available for you to feel at home. I recommend 100% staying with Marco because he will make you feel at home.

We only stayed one night at Marco's. Pleasant welcome. The room is comfortable and we had a good night in his apartment. A good address for staying in Paris.

Marco was a great host. Very quick to respond to my messages, helped me figure where to go and how to get there and checked in with me regularly to see if I needed anything. Comfortable bed and good location - steps from a metro station. When I return to Paris I would stay with Marco again. Thank you Marco!

Marco was lovely. He was personable and very easy to get along with. He made my quick stay in Paris very comfortable. He was attentive to all the small details and very accommodating. The little coffee bar and croissants in the morning were a lovely treat. A great option north in the city for anyone looking to spend time in Paris.
