You are less than a 5 min Uber to the main night club area in they romantic zone. The house is walkable to the beach and Malecon. A popular beach spot is the Blue Chairs resort, about an 8-minute Uber ride; they usually don't charge a fee for the beach chairs if you buy food or drink. Blue chairs is next to Ritmos, another popular gay beach area and a block from the Manitmar resort

You will love staying here—quiet outdoor hours from 11 PM to 8 AM. We don't monitor guests you may invite; that is at your discretion. Use caution when inviting new friends over. You may smoke and vape outside and on the terrace; please close windows if you smoke. You will have a dedicated house manager who can also be hired as a chef. Your house manager will check in every other day during your stay and help refresh towels and linens. Your house manager will do some light cleaning when he visits. You may hire him to do extra cleaning and laundry for you. Your house manager will meet you at check-in to tour the property and answer all your questions. Please turn off AC units when a room is unused or you leave for the day.

Very nice place with beautiful views that just kept coming! Very accurate to the description and amount of space. We really enjoyed our stay and it was in a very convenient place to explore lots of the area!

While trying to find the best place for my stay in beautiful Puerto Vallarta I run into this MAGNIFICENT property and after seeing all the pics I just knew this was the place to stay for my 5 days vacation. I can only wish I could have stayed longer. Everything was GREAT! All amenities were there and the ocean views this place has are breathtaking! The sunsets are magical! I can say that this place is the best I've stayed in Puerto Vallarta. I can only hope it stay there again. Thank you!
