Villa Ecuador is a spacious 3-bedroom villa with an additional 1-bedroom casita for accommodating guests of 5 to 8 people! We have been an ******** Super Host for four years. Near the center of PV, there is no driving 15-plus minutes to town; unobstructed bay views await you, and plenty of room for family or friends to enjoy. Private pool with bar and BBQ grill for a great relaxing after a long day of exploring paradise. The Cinco December neighborhood is centrally located to everything, quiet, and full of great places to eat and shop.

Blue chairs is next to Ritmos, another popular gay beach area and a block from the Manitmar resort

You will love staying here—quiet outdoor hours from 11 PM to 8 AM. We don't monitor guests you may invite; that is at your discretion. Use caution when inviting new friends over. You may smoke and vape outside and on the terrace; please close windows if you smoke.
You will have a dedicated house manager who can also be hired as a chef. Your house manager will check in every other day during your stay and help refresh towels and linens. Your house manager will do some light cleaning when he visits. You may hire him to do extra cleaning and laundry for you. Your house manager will meet you at check-in to tour the property and answer all your questions. Please turn off AC units when a room is unused or you leave for the day.
