Additional rules: -> Guests will only be accepted if, after confirming the booking, they send the host an official identity document (ID, driver's license or passport) accompanied by proof of residence in the name of the guest responsible for the booking. The host will draw up the vacation rental contract, which will be sent to the guest digitally and must be signed electronically before the check-in date as a condition for entering the property. -> Energy consumption will be charged for stays of more than 4 (four) days. The energy meter (installed inside the apartment) will be read on the date of check-in and on the date of check-out. The difference between the readings will show the actual consumption for the period, which will be charged according to the current kWh value, available on the energy distributor's website. -> Smoking, candles or incense are not allowed inside the property or on the balcony(s). -> Under no circumstances are pets of any size allowed in the property, even temporarily. -> Cleaning the barbecue grill is mandatory and is not included in the apartment cleaning fee. It must be cleaned after use. If it is not done by the guest, an extra charge of R$ 50.00 will be made to reimburse the additional services of the cleaning professional. -> Requests for early check-in and/or late check-out will be assessed individually and may incur additional charges. -> Suitcases or personal belongings may not be left in the property before the scheduled check-in time. -> Only guests and companions previously identified in the Contract will have access to the property.
