Air-conditioned studio with bedroom on mezzanine, located in the Saint Roch district, just 10 minutes by streetcar from the city center and seaside, and close to all amenities. The balcony overlooks the hills of the Nice Observatory and the Cimiez Monastery.

Space :

The apartment is approximately 25 square meters, including the mezzanine, which doubles the surface area of the apartment and contains the bedroom. The bedroom is accessed via a wooden ladder.

Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is located on the top floor, accessible by elevator.

Guest access :

This is an entire apartment. You will have full, unrestricted access to the apartment.

The bedroom: located in the mezzanine and accessible by a wooden ladder, has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside lamp. The living room has a sofa, chest of drawers, TV with modem and free wifi access point. The kitchen has a fridge, electric oven, induction hob and microwave. And storage space for crockery and cutlery. A coffee machine is also provided. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

There's also a launderette with washing machine and dryer in the basement of the building. This service is available with coins.

Getting around :

By car: 10 minutes from the "Est Nice - Le port" freeway exit. By train: 15 minutes by streetcar from Nice Ville station. By plane: accessible by streetcar from the airport. And of course, a 10-minute streetcar ride from the port, the old town and the seaside.
