"Gio was an excellent host, as he accommodated me for a rather early check-in. I had a sofa bed with a table at my disposal and was able to use the kitchen, which opens onto a large terrace. The Monteverde neighborhood is a very quiet residential area, equipped with all amenities: this is why it's very pleasant to use the terrace. The bathroom is shared with the host and is very clean. Gio's house is very personal, you can really feel his presence with lots of books and posters. Definitely a pleasant and unique stay away from conventional tourist itineraries."

"Antonio is a very charming man and an outstandingly cheerful host. He was very flexible with check-in issues allowing me to bring my bags at 8 a.m. on the weekend and welcomed me with coffee, a sunny smile and tips to have the very first acquaintance with Venice. The apartment combines modern comfort with original Venetian home styles. The bed was especially comfortable - my tired back was very happy. Antonio is very flexible and tactful as the host. I am looking forward to my future stays at Antonio's."

"It's a very autonomous solution, but I didn't really like it. The part where you stay is separated from the rest of the apartment where the host lives, which locks their door and has no interaction with the guest, except for giving you the keys upon arrival. It's like staying in a hotel room or a standalone apartment, but in that case these solutions are preferable, at least you have more services and spaces. There was no space in the room to open a suitcase and the little table is very small."

"Hugh and myself had four great days in Venice, staying in the beautiful Trilogy apartment. Alex and Stephano were perfect hosts. It was Hugh's birthday and Alex baked a surprise birthday cake! Which was delicious. The apartment is kept spotlessly clean. It is just a short walk from there through a lovely part of Lido to the waterbus which takes you the historic centre of Venice. There are some really good restaurants close by also. We highly recommend the Trilogy experience and give it five stars."
