On the first and top floor of a detached house, this 85 m2 (3-bedroom) apartment offers the charm of an old house with spacious rooms (3.10 m high ceilings).

Overlooking planted terraces, the unoverlooked apartment offers a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Mediterranean. Your gaze will travel from Italy, to the cape of Roquebrune Cap Martin, to Monaco's Casino Square, to the rock of the Princely Palace, and all the way to the promontory of "la Tête de Chien".

A wrap-around balcony serving the master bedroom, living room and dining room, as well as a south-facing terrace, offer spectacular sunrise and sunset views over the Mediterranean and the Principality of Monaco.

The Mediterranean comes alive with the ballet of yachts that have dropped anchor just opposite the apartment, or that are leaving or joining Monaco's Port Hercule.

At night, the illuminated city is a unique and magical sight. The casino and Hôtel de Paris are superbly illuminated.

It's the perfect way to enjoy a fabulous show after a day of sightseeing or a day on the beach.

The gay naturist beach at Eze (Plage de St Laurent) is accessible by bus on the regional "Zou" line 607. By train, from Eze station, line 83 of the "Azur" lines takes you to the beach.

The apartment's location means you can easily walk to Monaco in just 11 minutes,

The Place du Casino is 15 minutes away, the Monaco SNCF train station 17 minutes and the Larvotto beach 20 minutes.

The lively, picturesque center of Beausoleil with its covered market is just 10 minutes away.

Public elevators and outdoor escalators provide easy access to Beausoleil and Monaco.

The "Monaco Malin" map lists 33 mechanized public links (elevators and escalators) to discover the city on foot.

A bus stop for lines 11 and 13 in front of the apartment provides direct access to Beausoleil, Monaco (with an SNCF train station stop) and the village of La Turbie. Connections (bus and train) give you access to many other destinations: Italy, Menton, Nice, Antibes, Cannes and more.

Accommodation

The apartment comprises a living room opening onto a dining room, 3 bedrooms, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with toilet.

The master bedroom has a 160x200 bed, while the 2 smaller bedrooms (each with a huge dressing room) have two bunk beds suitable for adults and a 140x190 bed.

The kitchen provides access to the south-facing terrace at the rear of the apartment.

The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave, large fridge/freezer, 2 coffee makers (Nespresso and filter), kettle and kitchen utensils,

Indoor and outdoor dining tables for up to 6 people.

At your disposal: sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, coffee pods for the 1st day.

Iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack.
