The townhome is set up for maximum privacy with guest bedroom on the upper floor and a shared living area with kitchenette on main floor. Owner has their own private suite and entrance which is separate from the rental part of the house, so guests essentially have their own private duplex hotel suite.

The Room Room is furnished with a queen-sized bed and 40" Fire TV and a mini fridge. There's plenty of room for unpacking as you have an empty closet with hangers for your clothes and a dresser for folded clothes. The hallway bathroom is located directly outside your bedroom door and is dedicated solely for use by the occupants of this room. Living room features a working electric fireplace and several reclining sofa/chairs which are perfect for enjoying your favorite movie on the 75" Samsung flat screen smart TV. Please note that, although there is a small kitchenette with microwave and Keurig, there is NO FULL KITCHEN access. However, the house is in close walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

We're right in the shadow of The Raven's M&T Stadium (just a 7 min walk away) in the Stadium Square section of Fed Hill. We're also less than a 10 minute walk from both The Walk at Warner Street with the new Top Golf facility and Horseshoe Casino, and Fed Hill's newest nightlife and entertainment center - Cross Street Market.
