Modern house. Less than 3 miles to the city centre, surrounded by parks. Close to Ethiad Stadium and Coop Arena.

Double: A double wardrobe, bedside cabinet.

Parking: There is also off-road parking at the side of the property with a designated parking spot. This is included in the cost of staying at the property.

5-10 minute walk from the local ASDA and Lidl. The buses to Manchester are every couple of minutes. The bus takes around 15 minutes. The tram stop is 2 stops to Manchester Victoria.

It's kept clean and tidy. There's also a garden with chairs for the summer months.
