Offer a nice apartment in Munich Neuhausen (at Olypiapark). Direct connection to the FH Munich and the main train station (10 min). Near the TU and LMU, shopping around the corner. Rent for at least 3 months, like for an indefinite period.

The apartment is actually for almost sole use, since I am only about once a month in Munich and during my semester break. 1 room is blocked by me.
