Private room in quiet but lively&awesome neighborhood Munich-Schwabing

Nice experience, Tino was friendly and helping. And had a lovely dog. Was pleasure to stay there.

The location in Munich-Schwabing is really great, the Münchner Freiheit U-Bahn station is just around the corner. The apartment and room were spacious and clean. Unfortunately, there wasn't much contact with the host, but everything went well and was exactly as described and agreed upon.

The pictures do not even do the space justice for how amazing, clean, stylish and comfortable it is! I was unsure about the bed, but let me reassure, the bed is amazing and very comfortable. Tino was a great host and is such a friendly and nice guy. The location was in a very nice and clean part of Munich. Walking around the neighborhood, I found unique restaurants, mansions of old architecture, and of course...the English Gardens.

My stay at Tino's place was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and Tino was an amazing host — friendly, responsive, and welcoming. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended! 🌟

Spacious and spotless clean room. The flat is well-equipped, digit-locked door without keys required was quite convenient. Amazing location with food and bakery around. U-bahn station is just a stone's throw away. Tino is super friendly and helpful, always gives timely responses.

Tino is a great host. His communication prior to arrival made it very easy to find and access his accomodation. His local tips made my stay very enjoyable. The room and bed were very comfortable and the location excellent. I would definitely ask to stay again.

Tino is a super host who will make you feel at home right away. The listing corresponds 100% to reality. The apartment is very well located and next to the metro station, ideally central but in a quiet neighborhood. Tino made me feel at home right away, shared visit tips with me and made sure I arrived at my destination stress-free even before I arrived in Munich. The apartment is clean and beautifully arranged. I will come back to Tino and Jake, I will come back to Munich, that's for sure!

They were two super easy and comfortable days, Tino is super helpful, friendly, and his dog is really cute and overly friendly. The location of the really nice apartment is wonderful. I hope I will stay with him again.
