Private room in quiet but lively&awesome neighborhood Munich-Schwabing

I would 100% recommend Tino's place, very nice, well located and clean apartment and excellent host.

Tino was a very welcoming and considerate host. I felt very comfortable during my stay in his apartment. The neighborhood is especially vibrant—definitely no shortage of cafes and restaurants and I loved the easy access to the u-Bahn.

I had a great stay at Tino's place. The place has an excellent connection to the U station, 3 min walk. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and very comfortable. Tino was a really friendly and welcoming host, which made the stay even better. I'd happily stay here again and I'm already looking forward to the next time!

The prior excellent reviews are definitely accurate, and I am very glad to have stayed in Tino's home during my visit. This great location is extremely easy to navigate via the U-Bahn station just around the corner. A great coffee shop and restaurants suggested are all within meters from the front door. Tino is a gracious host, keeps a spotless space and provided superb transportation directions for arrival. The bathroom is enormous and light filled, with a space for toiletries that made the stay very comfortable. I would gladly stay again and recommend.

Tino's apartment is located super centrally in the trendy Schwabing district and offers everything you need. We felt very well taken care of and communication was easy. The best part was that you don't need a key and can open the apartment door with a code. We'd be happy to come back to experience Tino's hospitality again.

The location in Munich-Schwabing is really great, the Münchner Freiheit U-Bahn station is just around the corner. The apartment and room were spacious and clean. Unfortunately, there wasn't much contact with the host, but everything went well and was exactly as described and agreed upon.

The pictures do not even do the space justice for how amazing, clean, stylish and comfortable it is! I was unsure about the bed, but let me reassure, the bed is amazing and very comfortable. Tino was a great host and is such a friendly and nice guy. The location was in a very nice and clean part of Munich. Walking around the neighborhood, I found unique restaurants, mansions of old architecture, and of course...the English Gardens.

Tino was a very kind and friendly host who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The place was comfortable, and Oslo (the dog) was so lovely. I had a wonderful time and would be happy to stay again.
