About the room approx. 20 m2

I offer a super quiet room in the inner courtyard with private access to the small terrace (where you can also smoke) near the city center, the center can be reached in 10 minutes by streetcar, which runs every 5 minutes. Bike rental included. A communal kitchen and breakfast are not offered. However, water, coffee and tea are included. There is a minibar and a large TV in the room. A 1.80 m by 2 m box-spring bed is available with cotton or linen cover. Towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. We share our daylight bathroom

There is no free parking in front of the front door, but these are within 5 minutes walking distance. If you want to walk around nudist this is no problem for me. Please ask before booking. If desired, I can also offer a pick up and drop off service from Munich airport.

The apartment is located in a quiet yet conveniently accessible residential area. The room is large and stylishly furnished, and the balcony is beautiful. Markus is a very friendly and warm-hearted man; conversations with him gave me a warm and pleasant feeling and brought me much joy. The weekend at his place was a wonderful start to my time in Munich.

The apartment is as described in the listing. You will be perfectly welcomed at Markus's place, who will let you enjoy his restful bedroom, with a comfortable bed and a perfect balcony for reading in the evening on the sofa. The accommodation is impeccably clean. I regret not having the same schedule as Markus, but he was very attentive with coffee every morning and wonderful recommendations.

Marcus was a great host! He was very helpful with my questions! The place looks even better in person. He has decorated it like a pro! He was kind and allowed me to leave my luggage while I went sightseeing on the day I checked out.

Markus was an exceptional host! He was an excellent communicator before and during our stay. My husband and I slept so well, there is no street noise and the bed is super comfortable. Markus offered coffee each morning and shared recommendations. The neighborhood is also lovely. Don't hesitate if you're considering this space. We can't wait to return to Munich!
