Very nice and silent 20qm room with own bathroom

We had a wonderful stay at Andy's flat! The apartment is beautifully maintained, and the room is spacious, comfortable and quiet, perfect to have a good rest! What really stood out was Andy's attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—there were water bottles and snacks waiting for us, and Andy even baked a delicious cake for breakfast. The personalised welcome message was also a nice touch! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy apartment and a thoughtful host!

I had a great time in Munich and Andy was the perfect host. Comfortable and clean accomodation with great links to the city by tram/bus/train as well as to the airport.

Andy was a phenomenal host. The location is very well connected to the Airport & city centre by buses, train, trams & taxi. It is also quiet & peaceful. The room is very spacious & had all the amenities including a double bed, pillows, duvet, table, fan, 2 comfy chairs, huge wardrobe space, multiple charging plugs, very clean private bathroom with all toiletries. I felt very welcomed by Andy from the beginning to the end of my stay. He is very warm, approachable & helpful during my Munich trip.

Andy provided a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay. The room is exactly as described and provides lots of privacy by being on a separate floor. Andy was very welcoming and generous with tips of what to visit in Munich and provided very helpful instructions on how to get to the apartment from the Munich HBF. The location is not central (as described), this was ok for me as I cycled around using the many available rental bikes (I recommend an e-bike!) and was able to see a different, more local side to Munich. If you're sensitive to light, pack an eye mask as the bedroom can be a bit bright in the summer mornings. Thanks Andy!

We already knew Andy from having stayed there once a few years before. A spacious room with a separate toilet. A very comfortable bed. No noise in the neighborhood. Very pleasant to stay with Andy, welcoming and accommodating, he pointed us to places to visit. A very pleasant time at the beer festival (Oktoberfest). From the airport to his home by the S8, served every 20 minutes. Home located 15 minutes from Marienplatz. We highly recommend Andy +++ to all travelers

I had a fantastic stay with Andy. The room was clean and spacious and having my own bathroom was a plus. Location was convenient to the S Bahn to the city center. Very nice and quiet location away from the hustle of the city. Andy spent a lot of time making recommendations on what to do, how to get around, etc. Highly recommended!
