pretty flat in the marais

Nicolas is an exceptional host, he is very kind and helpful. It was very easy to setup the check-in - Nico's response time and information accuracy is superb. As a bonus, he gave me lots of useful tips to walk around the neighbourhood and do stuff. The location of the flat is very convenient for people that would like to move around the Marais area.

This is my first time using this platform, and—wow!—it has been better than I expected. Nicolas is the best host I've ever met; he has been incredibly communicative and kind, and I feel like I've found a friend rather than just completing a transaction. His apartment is perfectly located, the bed is very comfortable, and he is attentive to helping with anything you might need. I would undoubtedly recommend having a Paris experience with Nicolas to anyone.

Apparently ideal for a stay in Paris, very well located, a stone's throw from metro stations (ideal for Céline Dion concerts ☺). Nicolas is really a pleasant and kind person, you feel comfortable with him right away. He introduced me to a nice little brasserie next to the apartment where he has his habits with top-notch servers. Very beautiful Parisian experience.

Nico was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful with local tips. His place, although small, was well located and perfectly comfortable for sharing with him. He was also very communicative, which helped make my trip go smoothly. Thank you, Nico!

Nico was a great host and the location was perfect; unfortunately there was a heat wave when I was there and no ac but he had a fan for me to use. 10/10 would stay again

Such an adorable flat in the heart of Le Marais. The location is unbeatable. If you want to experience what it is truly like to live in Paris, this is the place. Entrance next to a quaint shop, a spiral staircase up to the apartment, and exposed stone and wood beams inside. So many cafes and metro stations nearby. I walked to the Notre Dame. And Nico was beyond a wonderful host. Friendly, handsome, and informative. Gave great suggestions, and we had a lovely dinner one night!
