Our home, La Tour Aliénor (62 m2), is one of the historic buildings in the medieval part of the village of Beynac. It is a unique and rare property. It was built in the 14th century. It has been completely renovated and furnished and features three areas: a living room on the ground floor with state-of-the-art amenities and a large, beautiful Gothic-style window with an ornate grille; a large bedroom on the first floor with its own bathroom; and a second, attic-style bedroom on the top floor with its own bathroom. All rooms have retained their original character (stone, exposed beams). The 25-square-meter terrace is landscaped and combines the beauty of yellow stone with lush greenery. It offers a magical, unobstructed view of the Dordogne, the Périgord’s iconic river. The property is situated slightly below the narrow lane leading to the castle.
