-No nudity or sexual behavior at rooftop pool, rooftop restroom may be used to change and shower, subject to HOA imposed fine.
-Any damage, extra cleaning, or rules violation fines incurred by you, your guests or visitors are your responsibility and are to be paid within 24 hours of notice.
Our SohoPV staff and your concierge are there for your comfort and safety, they are our family, always treat them with the dignity and respect they deserve, as well as other guests and owners.
Late check-in fee 7-10 pm of 1000 pesos will be collected
