Your two private tree house rooms and bath are on the third floor of a beautiful 110 year old home in a leafy neighborhood...We are a 20 minute train ride directly into center City Philadelphia... Come home to peace and coziness after a day hitting the pavement!

Have a drink on the large inviting front porch, or enjoy the gardens and many trees and birds that surround us... Our neighborhood is beautiful and walkable and with ample parking if you have a car.

We love to travel also all over the world and we always appreciate nice accommodations. That said you will find the bedding to be high quality/ high thread count cotton sheets, with newer pillows. The photo reflects a down comforter on the bed, but in the summer heavy cotton quilts can be used...all in all, you will find things to be extremely comfortable and not shabby! The bed is a king sized Sleep Number bed with the two sides having separate adjustments for firmness on each side. The bedroom gets morning light but there are blackout shades.

Please note the stairs, and that we have two wonderful cats who are not permitted at all on the third floor. There is a door at the bottom of your steps on the second floor that is kept closed. With the hardwood floors we're able to keep things very hypoallergenic . There is a second room with a desk, rower, bookcase, and couch, all next to the bedroom that you will have to yourself.

Additionally there are mini-splits for both heat and cooling in both of your rooms on the third floor to control your temperature preference.
