Pavona Room - Termini Station bis

Nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Location is very close to the Termini station which is convenient for arriving and leaving Rome. Host was very nice. We got to have a lot of independence in the apartment

Lorenzo is a very kind and educated guy. When I texted him a message I got an answer immediately. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom also was clean and it had a bidet that I really find useful. Furthermore the apartment is really good located so that I could explore everything only by foot - of course one has to go sometimes more or less but it's worth it. So, I definitely would book a room at Lorenzo again.

Lorenzo is a truly kind boy and always willing to help. The location is excellent and allows you to visit much of the city without using public transportation. Simple and flexible check-in. The room is clean, spacious and quiet. We had the opportunity to choose daily between shower and bathtub considering the two bathrooms in the apartment. It was truly a pleasure to spend these days in his apartment. I recommend!

I stayed at Lorenzo's place for one night, and somehow that was enough for both Rome and its host to charm me completely. The apartment is just like his smile - bright, warm, and impossible not to notice. The room was spotless and beautifully lit, the bathroom just as immaculate, and the whole home had everything I needed and more. Lorenzo was incredibly kind and even let me check in early. The location couldn't be better right in the center, within easy reach of the city's great food, lively streets, and those historical sites. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Lorenzo's for two nights and I felt VERY GOOD. Room and apartment very clean, quiet, spacious. Very comfortable bed. Lorenzo was extremely discreet. Bathroom and shower perfect in every way. Very central location and very convenient for any tour you want to do in Rome due to proximity to Termini station, the metro and the starting point of many buses. Highly recommended.
