Gay bars, café, saunas, club are within walking distance.
Marienplatz is 15 min walk or 2 stops by subway, main station is also 2 stops away (3 min).
The bathroom is separate and is shared with 1 other person (me).

Opposite the house is a cafe where you can have breakfast with an excellent coffee.
Many restaurants with excellent cuisine from different countries are nearby: Japanese, Vietnamese, Syrian, of course German, Italian, also cheap options are within walking distance.
