Renovated duplex apartment in the heart of Montpellier's Saint Roch train station district. Located opposite the station (50m), Place de la Comédie and Polygone are 300m away. 32m2 duplex apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator), bright and air-conditioned with unobstructed views, featuring a double bed on the first floor, a living/dining room with sofa bed and real mattress, a kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, refrigerator and plenty of storage space. Located in a completely renovated old building. Close to all amenities, bakeries, cafés, restaurants and Monoprix. A Casino Contact is just down the street, ideal for doing a little shopping on arrival. (Bike room available in the building) The Montpellier tramway passes in front of the building, ideal for visiting the city and going to the beach. Parking is available in the neighborhood and is free in the evening from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. from Monday to Saturday, and free all day on Sundays and public holidays. The Place de la Comédie and Polygone parking lots are 300m away.

Very cute apartment. All amenities nearby: bar, restaurants, shops and parking. And the cherry on top: TGV train station 5 minutes away by watch. As for Rudy: kind and available. In short, I recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rudy’s stunning studio duplex near Gare Saint Roch, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the train station and close to everything Montpellier has to offer. The loft itself is beautifully designed, with a modern and clean aesthetic. The high ceilings and large windows flood the space with natural light, making it feel bright and airy. I especially loved the cozy seating area; the couch was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The layout is efficient and well thought out, providing all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Rudy was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local tips. The check-in process was smooth, and I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, with water, air conditioning, term and coffee ready for me when I entered. If you’re looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay in Montpellier, I highly recommend this loft. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!
