Mathieu is a smiling and funny host, responsive, very accommodating and truly very pleasant. I felt very comfortable very quickly thanks to him. Out of the 4 evenings, we spent 2 together (bars and restaurants he introduced me to) it was like hanging out with a friend. The apartment is identical to the description given, charming, bright, practical and tastefully furnished. Everything is spotless (Mathieu is organized and a true homemaker... haha). The mezzanine bedroom is spartan, and has a very low ceiling for a tall guy like me, but quite sufficient for the 4 days I spent at Mathieu's. And his cat is very beautiful. Finally, the location is great and public transportation is at the foot of the building. Very convenient. I recommend.
