Barbecue available if you want to grill out on the balcony in summer. Shared kitchen. Non-smoking accommodation / you can only smoke on the balcony/terrace. Breakfast is not included, but Nespresso coffee is available...

- My neighbors are particularly tolerant when it comes to noise, but don't overdo it after midnight on weekends, or 11pm on weekdays. - cigarettes are only allowed on the balcony/terrace (ashtray provided) - I have a very cuddly cat, I'd just ask you to close your bedroom door when you're away as he's a bit curious and just make sure he doesn't follow you when you go out. - living room available as well as balcony terrace and adjoining kitchen - Nespresso coffee machine and pods available, plus tea if required (breakfast not included) - as we are not a hotel, if you would like to invite someone to stay with you, please let me know beforehand/ and if the person in question stays overnight, a supplement will be applied.

I had a pleasant stay at Samuel's place. Located centrally, no street noise (however, the walls of the house are thin). Samuel was very welcoming and shared local tipps. His cat was very charming. I would definitely recommend staying with Samuel.

I had a very pleasant stay in Samuel's apartment which is well located in the center of Lyon (with the supermarket just next door). There's a nice balcony to have lunch outside and Moustique who had taken it upon himself to welcome me on behalf of his master was adorable. I recommend it. I don't rule out coming back on my next visit to Lyon.
