- My neighbors are particularly tolerant when it comes to noise, but you mustn't overdo it after midnight on weekends and 11pm on weekdays.
- cigarettes are only allowed on the balcony/terrace (ashtray provided)
- I have a cat, he's very cuddly and sociable, I'd just ask you to close your bedroom door when you're away as he's a bit curious and just make sure he doesn't follow you when you go out.

- as we are not a hotel, if you would like to invite someone to stay with you, please let me know beforehand / and if the person in question stays overnight, there will be an automatic extra charge
