Andy’s Condo front Beach

Wonderful apartment, very bright and with a beautiful sea view. It was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. I would definitely recommend it.

Anderson is a very helpful and flexible guy. The apartment is well located; the tram that goes directly to the central station is just a few minutes away, and there is conveniently a supermarket in the same building 🙂. I highly recommend it.

Anderson is an approachable guy and he checked on me throughout my stay, which I think is a nice thing to do. The room was cosy and I would recommend him to everyone.

Such a delightful stay, clean, confortable and very easy from city centre via public transport. Andy is a very kind person with great communication. Would stay again and highly recommend.

While I wasn't able to stay long enough for better know Andy, I could tell right away that he's a kind host. Very open to answering my questions and very welcoming.

Andy's house is great, clean, not close to the center but great with the tram. The room is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. We will return and highly recommend it. Thank you very much for everything, we spent excellent days.

Excellent place and host. Convenient grocery store downstairs, can walk to the tram which takes you to Centraal station quickly. Beautiful view, huge floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light which I loved. Andy could be in the hospitality industry because he was so considerate and welcoming with excellent communication. The area is newly developed, i always felt safe and enjoyed it.
