Welcome to a comfortable private room in a peaceful, authentic and diverse part of Amsterdam — away from the busy tourist areas, yet well connected to the city center. The apartment is conveniently located just 10 min by bus from AFAS Live, Johan Cruijff Arena, and Bijlmer Arena. You can also reach these locations within a pleasant 20–25 min walk. Ganzenhoef metro station is only a short 3–4 minute walk behind the building. From there, Amsterdam Central Station is just 20 min metro ride away.

This is a non-smoking apartment with 2-bedrooms, 79 m2 (850 sq ft) located in a quiet, authentic, and less touristy part of Amsterdam-Zuidoost, in the Ganzenhoef / Bijlmer-Oost neighborhood — part of the larger Bijlmermeer area.

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor and is accessible by elevator. All rooms receive plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day.

The space features a cozy living room with a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances, and a 65” flat-screen Smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi. The living area includes two comfortable couches that can easily seat 2–3 people. The toilet is separate from the bathroom for added convenience.

You will be staying in the second bedroom of the apartment. The room is 9.9 m2 (107 sq ft) and includes a bunk bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. The bed on the bottom bunk measures 140x200 cm, and the one on the top bunk measures 90x200 cm. Recently installed locks ensure complete privacy, allowing you to use your room comfortably and securely.

The toilet is located directly in front of your bedroom, while the bathroom is just across the hall. Both the toilet and bathroom are shared. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and comfortable, featuring a bathtub, a shower, and a good-sized sink. You are also welcome to use the washing machine and dryer if needed.

As the apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, the area offers convenient shopping facilities and everyday amenities. At the same time, the Bijlmer Arena area (AFAS Live, Johan Cruijff Arena) — home to concerts, festivals, football matches, and major events — is easily accessible.

Paid parking is available in front of and around the apartment building. Parking rates are relatively affordable compared to the city center.

Guest access Location & Transportation : The apartment is very conveniently located, with excellent public transportation connections throughout Amsterdam and beyond.

From Schiphol Airport: The train journey from Schiphol Airport to Diemen Zuid station takes approximately 17 minutes. From there, the metro connection to the apartment area is quick and easy. (For schedules, you can check the NS website.)

From Diemen Zuid: The metro ride from Diemen Zuid to Ganzenhoef station takes only 4 minutes. Ganzenhoef metro station is just a short walk from the apartment. (You can check current metro schedules via GVB.)

In addition, two major transport hubs — Bijlmer Arena Station and Amsterdam Amstel Station — are located nearby, providing excellent train, metro, and bus connections to the city center and other parts of the Netherlands.
