Welcome to my home. To make your stay comfortable, safe and harmonious for both you and me, I ask you to pay attention to the rules below. They all exist to ensure respect, organization and a pleasant environment for everyone. First and foremost, you must like animals. My two pet children live here: Theo, an extremely cute, polite, calm and very affectionate puppy, and Kiran, a very cute 3-month-old puppy! They are part of the house and deserve to be treated with respect, patience and affection. If you don't like or don't feel comfortable with animals, this probably isn't the right environment for you. It's easy to live with them, but it's essential that you're willing to share a space with a pet. Another important rule: smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The aim is to keep the environment clean, healthy and comfortable for everyone, as well as preserving the smell and good maintenance of the space. If you need to smoke, you should do so outside the building, in an open area. For security reasons and to preserve the tranquillity of the house, strangers, unauthorized visitors or people who are not part of the reservation are not allowed to enter. The house is a private space and must be respected as such. Do not receive visitors or bring anyone without prior notice and express authorization. It is also important to note that the apartment key should not be taken outside. The purpose of this rule is to avoid loss, the cost of changing locks, security risks and any inconvenience related to access to the property. All entries and exits should be made with the support of the concierge and the building's security systems, which work very well. Another fundamental point: no items from the apartment should be taken to the beach, including towels, chairs, blankets, personal items from the house or any item that is not suitable for this use. This guarantees preservation, hygiene and prevents damage. If you need items for the beach, I recommend buying or renting them nearby - the neighborhood offers many practical options. The building has a doorman, organized concierge and security cameras, ensuring peaceful, monitored and secure access at any time of the day, night or early morning. The flow is simple, check-in and check-out are easy, and you can come and go with comfort and total discretion. However, it is essential to respect the condominium's internal regulations, maintain silence at the appropriate times and preserve the well-being of other people. My home has been prepared with a lot of love, care and attention to detail. That's why I ask you to treat everything with care, as if it were your own home. By keeping everything organized, respecting the rules and acting with common sense, your experience will be light, comfortable and very positive - just as I want it to be for all the guests I receive.
