La Duchaylatière Weekly rental periods are from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 11 a.m. and weekend rental periods are from Friday 4 p.m. to Sunday 9 p.m. We can arrange different pick-up and drop-off times on request. - The house is rented for a maximum of 2 people. It is comfortably equipped (kitchen, dishwasher, TV...). - Linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths and napkins) is provided. - The rental price includes water, gas and electricity. - Garden furniture is also provided, as is a barbecue (to be cleaned before leaving). - The house is furnished with period furniture. - Books, DVDs and CDs are available. In the event of damage to furniture or objects, or disappearance of household linen, books and CDs, the cost of replacement or restoration will be deducted from the ********, or will be covered by your insurer if the amount exceeds the ********. - Private parking is available for two vehicles. Vehicles may not be parked or driven outside the designated areas. - Tents, canvas shelters and camper vans may not be set up on the site. - Picking or gathering flowers or branches in the park or garden is not permitted. - The fireplace is not in operation and may not be used. - The heated swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The property has an unfenced pool. Tenants, especially those with children, declare that they are aware of this and are personally responsible for the supervision of children and safety conditions. Under no circumstances can the owner be held responsible for any accidents that may occur. The fixed price for cleaning is €40.00 including charges. All rubbish must be placed in the garbage can on departure. Due to the presence of the owner's dogs in the park, tenants' pets are not allowed. The owner mows the lawn once a week, depending on the weather. He cannot be blamed for the noise of the mower, nor for the "frogs singing" in the pond.
