Whether your in LA to create or recuperate you'll enjoy easy access to Hollywood, Downtown and the Beaches. Ample parking. Occasionally I have a fun-loving client in my front workspace or I'm in my home office throughout the day.

Please keep the bathroom and kitchen clean for others. Additional guests other than those in the reservation need approval from Brian.
Thank You. The property is a duplex, meaning there are 2 residences within one building. The other residence is the owner.
All guest will honor a no smoking, no drugs policy during your stay.
Please follow these simple guidelines:
•No smoking is allowed in the house, nor on or around the property. Guest are asked to smoke on Pico Blvd
•Communicate bathroom usage
•1 towel per guest per stay
•Keep all towels off of the floor, please let your towel air dry open or put it in the dryer. This will prevent mildew.
•1 set of bedding per room per guest(s) stay
•Clean all dishes after each meal is prepared
•Clean and remove all hair from all sink in the bathroom drains, including the shower. Clean all toothpaste from the sink
•Remove all trash to the garbage out the back door
• Return Parking Pass before you depart to prevent a $100 fee being charged
•Inform host 6 hours in advance of all guest visits
•Read all parking signs, each guest is responsible for their own parking tickets
