The apartment is located on the first floor of a 1828 Biedermeier Building accessible via an elevator. 🏫🌇
The space is precious. It has high ceilings and original doors. The mix of old vs modern furniture and wallpaper convey a cozy atmosphere. 🪞🪑🚪
The Balcony into the quiet courtyard gives you the chance to unwind from the city hassle.💥🧘
The location is amazing, one of the hippest bars in town “krypt” is literally sitting next doors and lot's of other cafés, museums and boutiques are super close by, such as the famous Practice of Sigmund Freud, the Beethoven house or the Schubert house. 🗿💒
The apartment is very well connected to 6 Tramlines, 1 Busline, and the subway U2. 🚇🚌🚋
The City centre is easily accessible within walking distance. 🚶
In case you are renting bikes, there is a storeroom for bikes within the building.🚲
🏡 Almost all the apartment is yours, except one private room that is locked.

The living room, dining room, bedroom are all one since the 35 m² room is giant.

🙈It’s an old house, please treat it with respect. The beauty sometimes is within the simplicity of things!
💰taxation:
For every guest (older than 15 years) it is mandatory to charge 2,50€ per Night at the end of the booking.
🧸 Toys:
Feel free to use all the toys in the livingroom. Treat if with care since it’s all my sons property.
🗑️ Trash:
Recycling is pretty strict in Austria. You will find 3 containers underneath the kitchen sink (general/organic, paper, plastic/ Alu).
You can also empty your trash (general and paper) into the big containers in the garbage room downstairs in the hallway.
Please collect and store your glass and plastic garbage separately and I will take care of it after your departure!
💡 💥Lights and heating:
Please take care of the environment! The tap water is drinkable. Make sure to turn off all the lights when you leave the house and in winter to turn the heating down as well. You can send me a request if you would like to operate the heating and lights remotely via “Apple home” or the speakers (HomePod, Sonos speakers).
