Historic Biedermeier gem in a trendy hot spot, between the city centre and the gorgeous Servietenviertel neighborhood. 🏙
Relax by yourself, or as as couple at this vibrant place to stay. 🏡 🧘
******** ORIGINAL- I share my home with you, please take good care! ☺♥
The apartment is located on the first floor of a 1828 Biedermeier Building accessible via an elevator. 🏫🌇
The space is precious. It has high ceilings and original doors. The mix of old vs modern furniture and wallpaper convey a cozy atmosphere. 🪞🪑🚪
The Balcony into the quiet courtyard gives you the chance to unwind from the city hassle.💥🧘
The location is amazing, one of the hippest bars in town “krypt” is literally sitting next doors and lot's of other cafés, museums and boutiques are super close by, such as the famous Practice of Sigmund Freud, the Beethoven house or the Schubert house. 🗿💒
The apartment is very well connected to 6 Tramlines, 1 Busline, and the subway U2. 🚇🚌🚋
The City centre is easily accessible within walking distance. 🚶
In case you are renting bikes, there is a storeroom for bikes within the building.🚲
🏡 Almost all the apartment is yours, except one private room that is locked.

You can also empty your trash (general and paper) into the big containers in the garbage room downstairs in the hallway. Please collect and store your glass and plastic garbage separately and I will take care of it after your departure!

Theo was really friendly and reactive by mail. Place really quiet. Near Billa (shop) & bakery also near Tram D who is connect to all Metro line. We have 66y and 61y and for our age a bed a little better can be nice for the price. I would recommend this place. Philippe
