The access to the villa is a walk beyond the jasmine hedge, among fat gardens, olive trees and centuries-old amphorae with views to the sea, from the castle to the Promenade des Anglais, to the Antibes lighthouse.

On the first floor, a spacious cathedral hall with exposed beams, brightly lit, sea views. An Italian-designed sofa, vases and crafts from the early 1900s, a dining room, a fireplace for winter days, a kitchen equipped with all amenities (oven, microwave, dishwasher) and accessories.

Through a door of Italian wood and glass carpentry craftsmanship you enter the sleeping area: a suite with king-size bed (160*200cm) with its ensuite bathroom equipped with shower; a bedroom with queen-size French bed (140*200cm); a large bathroom, with bathtub, shower, double sink.

On the mezzanine, accessed via an artistic wooden staircase with its own balcony, we find a third room, with a king-size bed (160*200cm) with its own balcony, from which the view sweeps freely southward over the Mediterranean.

Beyond the living room and on the two sides of the house: the terrace, sea and pool view, with its lava stone table and blue and white ceramics typical of Sicilian art, awaits you for your moments of conviviality. And if you are in the mood for the Mediterranean diet, grilled meat and fish, a masonry barbecue is just a bit beyond, next to the olive tree.

Below the terrace, via a short path in the shade of the plants, the swimming pool awaits for your moments of relaxation. Rest, on our chaise longues, in the sun or shade of the century-old maple tree, or in the water. Also at your disposal is an outdoor shower and a room with mini fridge for your drinks in comfort.

All around, the garden: papyrus, bamboo, hazel, laurel, plum, pomegranate and persimmon trees. And a small romantic nook where you can read your own book in the shade....
