- Booking confirms agreement to all house rules and the House
- Manual/Guidebook provided after reservation confirmation.
- All guests over 18 must submit a government-issued photo ID before check-in. Door codes will not activate until completed.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old.
- Check-in: 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
- Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request and subject to availability/fees. Unauthorized late checkout may incur additional charges.
- Maximum occupancy must match the reservation. Unapproved overnight guests are not allowed and may result in cancellation of the stay and additional fees.
- Parties, events, illegal activity, prostitution, firearms, smoking, marijuana use, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Smoking violations incur a $250 minimum fee plus remediation costs.
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced daily. Repeated violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
- Commercial photography or videography is not allowed without prior written approval.
- Pets are welcome with approval and paid pet fees before arrival. Pets must be disclosed in advance, crated when unattended, and kept off furniture and beds. Guests are responsible for all pet-related damages or excessive cleaning. Service animals are welcome with documentation.
- Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and reporting any damages immediately. Unreported damages may result in additional charges.
- Glitter, confetti, tape on walls, or decorations that create excessive cleanup are not permitted.
- Please respect neighboring homes, driveways, and the surrounding community.
- Basic starter supplies are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items as needed during longer stays.
- Exterior security cameras and interior noise-monitoring devices are in use. Noise devices do not record conversations and are only used to monitor excessive noise levels. Tampering with devices is prohibited.

Full refund within 48 hours of booking if check-in is at least 14 days away
50% refund up to 7 days before check-in
